      <title><![CDATA[ALFF 2012 Audience Choice Award for Best Canadian Documentary]]></title>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Congratulations to Charles Wilkinson and his film<strong> Peace Out </strong>for being chosen by Yukon audiences for the <strong>ALFF Audience Choice Award for Best Canadian Documentary</strong>. The award was presented by Yukon filmmaker, Dennis Allen, on behalf of the festival and the award’s co-sponsor the National Film Board of Canada, before the final screening of the festival on Sunday night. Ten films were eligible for the audience choice award and all 10 averaged at least 8 of 10 for average ratings when all the ballots were calculated. The runner-up for the award was Joel Heath’s <strong>People of a Feather</strong>. </p>
