Priority for equipment rentals is given to members who own the copyright to the work they are creating. Commercial use of production and post-production equipment cannot be booked more than 7 days in advance of the proposed use.

Rental Categories Explained

1. Artist (no funding) use for work which they own copyright
2. Artist Funded (artist has grant funding) use for work which they own copyright
3. Commercial use (paid work for a client, eg NNBY, CBC) or publicly funded NGO rental
